When deciding to undertake a one-month hike, I wanted to give myself an objective to achieve. I opted for the region of Mullerthal in Luxembourg.

Knowing what to bring on a one-day hike is essential to guarantee you have the best experience possible. Here’s my input on the matter.

The warm-up session is over and a group of friends is joining me later today to kick off the first official trek on the Mullerthal trail tomorrow.

Going on a multi-day hike means bringing a lot of gear. What gear to chose is up to you, but here’s how I went about it.

Day 7 sees me crossing the border to Luxembourg after a day’s rest in which I re-evaluated my gear and made well needed adjustments.

After an unbelievably rainy 4th day preventing me from posting an update, here’s a quick update from Juseret, in Belgium.
